Dear ICANN:
I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name cnihi.com who asked me to pay an unreasonable handlingfee RMB80.
As far as I know transfer of domain name is not required to pay any fees however the company kept asking me to pay that fee or mydomain name will be trapped in their company which seemed a cheating company.
